Phil Galasso
Principal
Since joining American Expeditors, Phil Galasso has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. With over 44 years in Real Estate development, Phil has worked on projects covering the full spectrum Real Estate development. Projects have ranged from single family residences to large commercial buildings as well as civil projects. Phil has worked in concert with multiple agencies/municipalities with regards to permitting, project management, land use changes, soil remediation, traffic studies, infrastructure development and advising site plans for major urban renewal projects.
Matthew Temares
Principal
Matt decided to partner in the formation of American Expeditors after working for a municipality and seeing the inefficiencies within government and how that delays projects and the economy. He has 30 years experience working for or with municipalities as well as local government. He has worked with local, state and federal agencies to speed projects, collecting disaster funds, preparing/submitting proper paperwork to various 3 letter agencies. A former head of Emergency Management, he has written plans for preparedness while working with various agencies in the recovery stage with funding and rebuilding.
